Configure a Pave environment

Create and configure the environment Pave serves tiles from.

Situation

An administrator is setting Pave up on a new server.

The Pave PowerShell module creates the Hive environment and configures its IIS application, application pool and FastCGI settings.

Before starting the Hive, follow Migrate a Pave Hive database to choose startup migration or a separate migration identity.
